We don't know what is possible at this time but if we can safely go to camp, we'd love to do so. If not, we'll host a brand new outdoor event right here in Saint Anthony - details to follow BUT if we can find out way to Camp Icaghowan - those details are below...
If you have been to our spring camp at Icaghowan, you know how special the locations is. We are looking at creating lasting memories now twice per Voyager year, in a fun and adventurous way.
Winter Camp is planned for Saturday, January 23rd and Sunday the 24th. We are very aware of the potential athletic conflicts that may present themselves during this time, so have agreed to begin registration at 12:00 PM on Saturday but feel free to arrive at any point that afternoon if your schedule requires a later arrival. Our anticipated departure on Sunday around 2pm.
This camp will include (1) overnight on Saturday and (3) meals (Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast & lunch). Accommodations have been directed at cabins that are built for winter lodging(internal gas fireplaces), and the ability for many campers to stay in the Retreat Center or the Health Services Building; which have internal restrooms. Space is limited due to leveraging only heated cabins, so sign up early.
