The Amazing Race is the first Voyager Village event of the year! This is also a free recruitment event, so please bring any families that you know that would enjoy Voyagers. Word of mouth is how Voyagers grows, so please try to recruit someone.

Based on the TV show of the same name, the Amazing Race is a race between teams of dads and kids to complete a number of fun tasks at various locations across Central Park.  Everyone will go home with something to celebrate.

Teams will be cross-house and mixed ages to level the playing field and encourage everyone to get to know someone new. We'll round out this kick-off event with a campfire complete with introductions to what the Voyager program is all about, camp songs, and of course S’MORES.

What to bring:

• Friends you want to invite to join voyagers!
• Dress appropriately - you will be running with your kid(s) through the park
  
• Monetary donations to the SANBE Community Fund can be made using the online event registration page, with receipt provided. All monetary donations will help your house win this year's Super Service Award!

We are starting the race at 12:15 PM SHARP, so please arrive no later than 12:00 pm.
